The Room Returns

The ZB Agency Conference is back on November 12 in New York City for a full-day experience designed for women who are ready to stop being “great at the work” and start being known for driving revenue, leading growth, and shaping decisions.

This isn’t a feel-good empowerment event.

This is where women sharpen the skills and confidence it takes to lead business, win opportunities, and build real influence.

Final Chance tickets are now open.

Seats move quickly before the speaker lineup is announced.

Here’s What
Nobody’s Telling You

At a certain level, your work ethic is not the differentiator.

You can be outstanding, visible, respected and still feel like you are doing everything right… while the next level stays just out of reach.

Because the truth is:

Revenue leadership changes everything.

The ZB Agency Conference exists because too many women are doing brilliant work without being positioned as the ones who can grow the business.

This conference is your pivot point.

The Uncomfortable Truth

Many women are taught to become exceptional executors.

Very few are taught how to become visible revenue leaders.

So you end up:

The ZB Agency Conference is designed to change that.

Who This Is For

This conference is designed for women in professional services and leadership roles who are ready to step into revenue-driving influence.

You’ll feel at home in this room if you are:

An associate, senior associate, manager, director, executive, or business owner

What You’ll Learn

This is a conference for women who want to lead business, not just support it.

You’ll walk away with sharper clarity on how to:

This is about making the shift.

And making it stick.

CPE & CLE Credits

Yes, this is a high-powered conference.

And yes, it also counts.

CPE credits will be offered for accountants.

CLE credits will be offered for attorneys.

You’ll receive professional development credit while being in a room that actually moves your career forward.

The Experience

A Full-Day Curated “This Changes Everything” Day

You’re not leaving with “notes.”

You’re leaving with confidence, positioning, relationships, and tools you can use immediately.

What’s included:

The Speaker Lineup

The 2026 speaker lineup will be announced in phases and it will be exceptional.

Expect a room filled with:

Many women secure their seats before speakers are announced because they know the room delivers every time.

Early registration is recommended.

This Time, You Won't Just Hear How They Did It.

YOU'LL LEARN WHAT THEY KNOW NOW.

The lessons that took years to learn, relationships to build and opportunities to create are coming into one room.

Today, her portfolio includes restaurants such as Cornbread and Brick City Vegan, along with transformative real estate development. In 2023, she became the first Black woman in New Jersey to secure a 9% NJHMFA affordable housing tax credit. Adenah's story is bigger than entrepreneurship. It's about seeing possibility where others don't, building what doesn't exist, and creating opportunity on your own terms.
